Talk About The Future supports students preparing to leave school or college.

This full-day workshop helps students in Years 11–13 prepare for life after school by building confidence, communication skills, and a positive mindset. Through activities like mock interviews, storytelling, and CV preparation, learners explore their personal experiences and translate them into employability strengths. The session also supports Gatsby Benchmarks and curriculum goals across England and Wales.

Students develop key skills including oral communication, resilience, initiative, critical thinking, and creativity. The workshop encourages independent working and adaptability, while boosting self-esteem and presentation skills. Learners leave with a workbook to support future applications and interviews, making this a powerful resource for transition and careers education.
