Greenway Associates are offering a business mentorship for a supplier to hotel/hospitality/residential/cultural construction projects. Greenway Associates are a SME that has been trading for over 30 years, specialising in Quantity Surveying & Project Management primarily within these sectors.

The mentorship opportunity is designed to assist a promising start-up and boost supplier diversity to the industry.  It would particularly suit an up-and-coming London-based designer, or design practice. They should have a flair for FF&E, and be seeking to understand the expectations and opportunities in the aforementioned sectors in more depth. We are offering this opportunity to a candidate whose services will increase supplier diversity within these sectors.

We would expect the supplier to:

  • Attend a co-ordinated programme of construction focused group CPD training sessions hosted by Greenway Associates on the Teams platform
  • Attend and ‘shadow’ select design team meetings on large projects, and report back on the relationship between all parties

The supplier would benefit from a co-ordinated programme of personalised training sessions including:

  • How to Network in the Construction Industry
  • The Value of a Specialism in the Design & Construction Industries
  • Marketing your start-up in the Construction Industry: Positioning (Part 1)
  • Marketing your start-up in the Construction Industry: Opportunities & Lead Generation (Part 2)
  • Marketing your start-up in the Construction Industry: Assets & Follow Up (Part 3)
  • Current Tendering Processes & Expectations in the Construction Industry
  • How Designers Can Add Value to a Project

The mentorship is limited to 1 supplier, who should fulfil all of the above criteria. The mentorship is free and contains no obligations to the chosen supplier. The supplier will be chosen after in-person interviews held in early October 2025.

This is an annual opportunity offered by Greenway Associates. Should a suitable candidate not be found in 2025, the mentorship will be offered again next year.
