This module focuses on how to use the ‘Context, Action, Result’ (CAR) technique as a way of structuring communication. The purpose of this module is to introduce the concept of the CAR technique and ensure you are able to use it to structure their communications on their journey into employment.
By the end of the module, you‘ll be able to:
• To define what CAR stands for
• To recognise when to use CAR
• To understand how to use CAR to help structure communications
