This Practice is based on a panel interview where there are three interviewers. You’ll need to put the learning from previous modules into practice to help Emma through successfully. The interview has come as a result of the telephone interview you experienced earlier in Module 12: ‘The Call Out of The Blue’. Emma is expecting to meet only Sarah Harman and Laura Stockbridge; the addition of Peter Graham is a surprise that makes the panel tougher to navigate for Emma. Sarah, Laura and Peter are trying to work out how Emma will fit into the team.
