The Selection Process module shows the steps employers go through when recruiting.
This module is delivered from the employer’s point of view and aims to show you why they might face different interactions during a selection process. It focuses on how employers choose the right person to fill a vacancy. The purpose of the module is to show you how employers view different selection activities and why they are used.
By the end of the module, you‘ll be able to:
• To understand that employers follow a selection process and why they do this
• To recognise that they may have to go through a range of activities
• To understand why employers use various selection activities
