These lectures will be given by Professor Sarah Hart, Gresham Professor of Geometry.

In this three-part series on Maths and Money Professor Hart will look at the mathematical challenges of making coins – and counterfeits; and how to discover if you’ve been cheated by a goldsmith; at the use of game theory in buying, selling and competitions; and at the probability that you could win the lottery.
