Trust in Data
An exploration of why a high bar of data quality is imperative for every institution.
The Award brings the kind of life-changing personal and professional development usually reserved for the most senior execs, to students – at a time when it can make the biggest difference. Providing clarity at a crucial time, it gives them the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to step up and take ownership of their future and stay on track, no matter what happens in life.
Delivered over 20 sessions, The Award first supports students in discovering their unique character; who they are, what they want and how they can play to their strengths and then develops a core set of skills critical to future success. Developing ownership, initiative, resilience, confidence and self-leadership, The Award bridges the gap between education and work, equipping students with the knowledge and skills to enable them to thrive, whatever their chosen path.
The first programme of its kind, The Award distils the essence of our 20 years’ experience coaching and developing FTSE 100 CEOs, and adapts it to this unique stage of life. It enables students to gain clarity on who they are, what they want and equips them with the skills and confidence to step up and become the leaders of their lives.

How it works:
The Award is an award-winning programme that combines the very best personal and professional learning with the flexibility of an online platform. Accessible via laptop, tablet or phone it is made up of over 40 core videos, combined with a series of quizzes, psychometric tools, bespoke exercises and discussion topics, all designed to deepen students’ understanding of who they are, the life they want to create and begin developing the skills necessary to make it happen.
The programme is facilitated by teachers or students and can be delivered either face-to-face or remotely. We provide full facilitator guides and support as well as scholarships for teachers who are passionate about this learning, on our corporate programmes.
The programme is made up of core and additional content. On completing The Award students are able to join the Ivy House alumni — giving them access to ongoing learning content and a powerful network of professionals who can support them on their journey to extraordinary.

“The Ivy House Award will give young people the confidence to go for opportunities they may not have sought before. It will help them make an impact with potential employers and really be able to sell and promote themselves.” Jessica Bradley, Head of Talent Development, RBS
