Using the history of London in the Second World War this resource by Guildhall Art Gallery and St Paul’s Cathedral is for new year 7s explores challenge, resilience, and community.

Exploring the challenges faced by Londoners during World War II, especially during and after the Blitz, students will explore how people tackled the challenge, protected each other and went about rebuilding London.

We hope that when visiting is possible, you may take up the option to book a visit to both Guildhall Gallery and St Paul’s Cathedral (free of charge) to complete the experience.
