Using the history of Victorian London this resource by Guildhall Art Gallery and St Paul’s Cathedral is for new year 7s explores challenge, resilience, and community.

Exploring the challenges faced by Londoners during the Victorian period, with the threat of disease and huge social inequality, students will explore how people tackled the challenge, engineered solutions and campaigned for change to make a better society.

We hope that when visiting is possible, you may take up the option to book a visit to both Guildhall Gallery and St Paul’s Cathedral (free of charge) to complete the experience.
